Shipping Policy

Laisse Faire ships all over the world where possible. Shipping is free in Canada and United States. All other destinations are subject to shipping charges.
We reserve the right to reject orders and limit order quantities at our sole discretion.

SECTION A - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Once you complete the order you will get an order number, emailed to you. This will serve as proof of purchase, and can be used for any inquiries with Laisse Faire at wecare@laissefaire.com. Your order number also confirms that your order was placed successfully. Your order will be processed within 24 hours after payment has been received.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
We do not ship to multiple addresses.
For orders of significant value, we may, at our discretion, require a signature.
Shipping time is subject to the standard practice of shipping companies in the country where your order originates.

SECTION B - ORDER TRACKING

Order tracking information with the shipping company will be emailed to you to follow through the shipping company website.
Laisse Faire uses reliable and recognized shipping companies. Your order can be tracked online from the shipping point all the way to delivery.

SECTION C - MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We do not ship items from the same order separately to the same address or to multiple addresses.
Due to local regulations and restrictions, we are unable to ship items made of any kind of animal skin to California. 

SECTION D - ITEM AVAILABILITY

If an item is displayed on our website and is not available in the size you choose or in the amounts you order, a message indicating the item is “Out of Stock” or “quantity not available” will appear when you try to add the item(s) to the shopping cart.

SECTION E - SHORT SHIPMENT

Please advise us at wecare@laissefaire.com within 24 hours receiving the shipment, if there is a shortage or any other issues. 

SECTION F - RETURN & EXCHANGE

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item up to three business days after receiving your order. Please inform us at wecare@laissefaire.com of your decision to return your item. The returned item must be received by Laisse Faire within 30 days from the date you advised us of your decision.

To return a product, please email us your order information, the original order number and the tracking number for your return shipment.
At this point we will acknowledge your claim for return.
Return instructions will be provided to you via email.
If your return is because of a size issue, we will replace your item with an identical one of the proper size.
In case you need to exchange the item for a different size and the item is out of stock, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available.
If the item has been discontinued, you will receive a full refund.
Laisse Faire will accept the return as long as it is unused, with original tags attached as shipped and when accompanied by an original receipt/invoice. The item cannot be washed, worn or altered.
Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. You will receive an email confirming the completion of your refund, after the item(s) is received and inspected.

We also recommend you visit the Paypal privacy policy. We use this gateway to process any payment and refunds.

SECTION G - ORDER CANCELLATION

We do not accept any order cancellations after an item has been shipped. At this point you are responsible for receiving the order and proceeding according to our return policy stated above.

SECTION H - FINAL SALE

Final sale conditions (no returns) applies only to promotional items.
